The article considers the problem of responsibility for the manifestation of speech aggression in the field of Internet communications. Various manifestations of speech aggression are analyzed. The article emphasizes that such speech phenomena create conflict situations in the space of verbal communication, which can be resolved within the framework of court proceedings. The characteristic of verbal aggression as a legally punishable action is given.
