The problem of responsibility for the performance of a crime provided by st. 293 of the Criminal Code

The article discusses the problem points of criminal responsibility for negligence. Analyzed judicial practice. Highlighted the special danger of negligence of officials, whose duties include the observance and protection of the rights of children. It is concluded that bringing to criminal responsibility of those who directly caused the death of a child does not exclude the possibility of taking into account the socially dangerous consequences that occurred when qualifying cases of non-fulfillment or improper performance of their duties under officials under art. 293 of the Criminal Code.
