Problem of training professional personnel in the Orenburg province at the turn of XIX-XX centuries

The article is devoted to the problem of professional personnel training in the Orenburg province in postreform Russia. The author analyses the unpublished materials of Russian state historical archive and Public Archive of Orenburg region and on this basis suggests the concept of the career guidance activity at the regional level.
