Problem of popularization of the GTO complex among the adults

The article deals with the problem of popularizing the TRP complex among the adult contingent, the percentage of involvement of which remains extremely low. Based on the analysis of modern publications, statistical materials and normative documents, several reasons for the insufficient participation of adults in the implementation of standards have been identified. The main problems include: the lack of a unified incentive system, the lack of accessible and comfortable conditions for preparing for the implementation of the TRP standards, insufficient popularization of the TRP Complex by the media, and the lack of personal conviction in the need to comply with the standards. The paper presents a pedagogical experiment to identify the internal motivation of the adult population for physical education and for the delivery of the TRP complex, the corresponding conclusions are drawn.
