The problem of legal regulation of insolvency of small businesses

In the article the author considers the problems arising in legal regulation of bankruptcy of subjects of small entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation. The author makes an attempt of analysis of the current legislation taking into account the detection characteristics of the bankruptcy process, small businesses.
