The problem of the legal regime of service residential premises

In this paper, a study of service housing is carried out, namely, the transformation of its legal regime for the purpose of privatization. Thanks to the establishment of perpetual privatization, the problem of finding a balance of interests between owners of specialized housing stock and citizens wishing to take ownership does not lose its relevance, as evidenced by numerous judicial practice. Of course, this topic requires a long reflection.
