Problem of prevention of criminal aggression in psychology and in criminal law system

In the article the attempt of correlation of maintenance of pictures is undertaken of aggression and ways of its prevention, functionings in a few contiguous areas of modern knowledge - psychology and in the system of criminal law. A psychological analysis over of three groups of theories of aggression, dominant in modern psychological science is brought.
