The article is devoted to the problem of the political split that could be called political bilingualism and political divergences. This problem is related to the absolute use of hard power in the resolution of conflicts in order to achieve mainly corporate aspirations of the ruling forces (government and oligarchic elites). The authors argue that the model of political split is used in the «colored», «velvet» and other variants of the inspired revolutions, whereas politics of Russia and of its states-partners is aimed at making relations on the principles of justice, truth and of the privileges of cooperation. And today the world is facing another logic of political decision - the logic of ultimatums and sanctions. And the geopolitical problems can't be solved by the strategy of good governance, proposed a quarter of a century earlier, or by the international parliamentary community, designed to make an informed high-level political decisions. And the authors pit the question, when will the insight comes and what will it be look like?
