The problem of the contradiction between the essence of arbitration disputes and the restriction of persons with economic education from participating in such courts

This paper examines the problem of the contradiction between the essence of arbitration disputes and the restriction of persons with economic education from participating in such courts. The reasons for the occurrence of this contradiction are analyzed and recommendations for its resolution are proposed. Special attention is paid to the need to improve the skills of lawyers and economists, develop specialized training programs, strengthen control over the activities of representatives, create conditions for the exchange of experience and knowledge, as well as attract experts from related fields. It is concluded that an integrated approach to solving this problem will ensure effective consideration of arbitration disputes and protection of the rights and interests of participants in economic relations.
