The problem of psychological safety at physical education lessons in high school

The article analyzes the literature related to psychological safety in physical education lessons and examines the causes of high school students' anxiety in physical education classes by means of a survey. Much attention is paid to the issue of motivating students to engage in physical activity. Factors that increase or decrease the value of physical culture in the eyes of a child are considered, especially the factor of psychological safety of a person, which develops among schoolchildren in interaction around the subject of physical culture. The importance of positive experience in physical education subjects is noted, as it helps to overcome the stages of growing up and the barriers associated with it. Statistical data are given that indicate the fear and anxiety of students associated with the school subject, confirming the relevance of the chosen topic.
