The theoretical study of personnel motivation issues is carried out in the work, it is determined that the basis for outstripping development of the enterprise is a person whose labor behavior is regulated by the motivational policy of this enterprise. The basis for the formation and implementation of such a policy can be the proposed model of enterpriseʼs personnel motivation system, which will serve as a basis for creating a highly effective team of like-minded people capable to ensure the success of an enterprise on the market.
