The problem of development of financing of Russian NGOS at the present stage

The article considers the organization of financing of NGOs in the territory of the Russian Federation. The assessment of the organization of financing based on statistical observations was carried out. Bottlenecks in the development of funding for the activities of NGOs were identified, in particular, the actual ignoring of the source of funds received from competitions and grants. Based on this, the directions of development of financing of NGOs at the present stage are proposed.
