The problem of exercising the right to judicial protection in the field of labor rights

In this article the author analyzes the problem of realizing the right to judicial protection in the field of labor rights. The paper concludes that today there is an undoubted need to improve the mechanisms for implementing the right to judicial protection in the field of labor rights. This includes delimiting the competence of courts, prosecutors and other bodies, as well as strengthening the position of prosecutors in resolving labor disputes. In addition, it is important to consider the possibility of introducing specialized courts for labor cases, which, although difficult, may be worthwhile to ensure fairness and effective protection of workers' labor rights.
