The problem of implementation of adopted managerial decisions

The article presents the author’s interpretation of the problems of implementing the accepted management decisions. It has been established that in practice many managers neglect that they do not voice their decision to immediate executors, ignore their questions and objections and refuse to correct the decision. It is established that to implement the solution it is necessary to adhere to the formal algorithm for implementing the solution, not to allow the divergence of this algorithm and the real process of implementing solutions, and also to clearly know the answers to questions about what, when, and who should do it. It is determined that the powers of both the leader and subordinates are always limited and for effective implementation of decisions it is necessary to delegate and expand the powers of all participants in this process. A proposal was made to avoid mistakes and avoid the appearance of new problems in the implementation of decisions.
