The problem of balance between labour force demand and supply on the market

In the country there is a serious problem of the absence of correlation between the demand of employers for labour power and the system of employees and top-level specialists training. In the article the author suggests a set of measures to implement for creating jobs. The solution of the problem, according to the author, assumes coordinated actions of the whole society and search for additional financing - first of all at the expense of improving investment attractiveness of the country and increase of financing for state investments program.
