Problem of systematization of risks of innovation and investment processes in ensuring competitiveness of construction enterprises

The article explores current issues of accounting and minimization of risks in construction. Attention is focused on risky situations in the innovation and investment sphere. A number of scientific generalizations are made and the author's approach to the formation of a risk management system for innovation and investment processes at construction enterprises is proposed. It is shown that rational consideration of specific risks of innovative investment activity in construction allows to clearly structure problems, and also influences the analysis of situations and the choice of the way to enhance competitive advantages at enterprises of the investment and construction complex.
