The problem of reduction of age of criminal responsibility of minor

This article discusses the problem of reducing the age of criminal responsibility for minors. Based on the analysis of statistical data, psychological and phychical personality characteristics of minors, research of the Japanese scientist Masaru Emot, the author concluded that lowering the age of criminal responsibility is not the most effective method to protect society from crime.
