Problem of observance of the constitutional principle of independence of judges in the Russian Federation

Purpose: Consideration of a problem of observance of the constitutional principle of independence of judges in the Russian Federation. Methodology: The formal-legal method was used. Results: In article the sales problem of the principle of independence of judges established in the Constitution of the Russian Federation is considered, the special attention is paid to the reasons of the developed problem and methods of its decision. Novelty/originality/value: Article has the high scientific and practical value as is modern attempt of consideration of an actual problem.
