The author stated arguments for gender image of management, explained the reasons of men and women preferences in spheres of life, assessed high social status and financial independence of citizens. The strengths and weaknesses of gender management style, preferences in determining of work structure and forms, advantages of women and men successful management were formulated. The article highlighted the citizens’ interests in implementation of management functions, the existence of different rules and features, leaders’ portrait. The study showed the validity of flexibility and multi-tasking characteristics, planning and time-management, the balance between employment and leisure time of women-leaders. Different aspects of planning, organizing, promoting, monitoring and the results of effective activity of men-leaders in the field of strategic management were analyzed. The author offered the variants of managerial lines according to the motives of management participants.
