The problem of the essence of the state in the philosophy of XIX century

Бесплатный доступ

The state today is a complex social institution that integrates many economic, political, social and spiritual relations. Being an alienated form of the generic essence of a person, like all other social institutions, the state cannot remain aloof from the total crisis phenomena of our time. Currently, the state under the conditions of late capitalism is experiencing a crisis, which gives rise to the question of its essence and prospects of existence again. The problem of the essence of the state is as relevant today as it was in the 19th century. The 17th-19th centuries became critical for many states, which prompted thinkers to again turn to the problem of the essence of the state and to rethink its role in society. It was in the 19th century that the widest range of interpretations of the state and its essence was presented. Moreover, in the philosophy of this century, there is an opposition of various lines - classical, materialistic and non-classical, and the problem of the essence of the state is also considered from different positions.
