The problem of freedom and the responsibility in the context of social modernization

Such anthropological characteristics as freedom, creativity and the responsibility in a context of modernizational transformations are considered in this paper.Attempt to define specificity of realization by the person of freedom and the responsibility in conditions of modernization as that and social modernization, in particular, is made.
