The problem of court language precision as a quality criterion of the judicial act

The article is devoted to the research of the problem of accuracy of judicial formulations as a criterion of a qualitative judicial act. The relevance of the work is not in doubt, since the accuracy of the judicial language depends not only on the quality of the judicial act, but also the quality of justice in General. In addition, inaccuracies in judicial acts can be a serious obstacle to their implementation. The author reveals the reasons for the inaccuracies in the adopted judicial acts and gives examples of such inaccuracies. The author conducts his research based on the existing judicial practice in various categories of cases (mostly in civil cases). As a result of the study, the author notes the following: 1) with regard to the reasons for the inaccuracies in judicial acts, the author highlights the following: the inability of the judge to understand the legal relations of a problematic nature, violation of legal and linguistic rules of presentation of law enforcement acts, the assumption of technical errors. Each of these reasons is disclosed in detail by the author; 2) inaccuracies made by the court in the issuance of judicial acts undermine the authority of the judiciary; 3) resolving the issue of the possibility of preventing inaccuracies in judicial acts, the author offers several ways to solve this problem.
