The problem of increasing the efficiency of production of goods based on the increase of labor productivity. As a factor of productivity growth is seen improving working condi-tions in the workplace. In the republic of Buryatia relevant and sensitive issues of regula-tion of social and labor relations issues are wages, hiring and firing workers, the payment of bonuses and compensations for harmful and dangerous working conditions.
