A rehabilitation of political repressions victims: modern challenges

The article analyzes a policy of our state on victims of political repressions. Attention is drawn to particular situation in modern Russia. Here a government on one hand had admitted a wrongfulness of the repressive policy and passed the law «On Victims of Political Repressions Rehabilitation». On the other hand, the passed law faced a state and society with new challenges, related to the rehabilitation of political, property and other rights of the rehabilitated. Authors of the article examined an activity of Krasnoyarsk and Voronezh NGOs «Memonal», in particular their projects for victims of political repressions rehabilitation: Assistance to Full Enjoyment of Rights for People Who Have Been Repressed, in Accordance with Russian Laws», «The Organization of a Social Control over Implementation of the Act «On Victims of Political Repressions Rehabilitation».
