Problem of recovery of a housing stock after the termination of the Great Patriotic War

This article is devoted to a subject of a post-war housing crisis. The problem of shortage of housing became serious blow to a social and economic condition of the country. Shortage of a housing stock influenced health and operability of the population of the country. Allocations of big appliances and human resources influenced improvement of a housing country situation during the fourth five-years period.
