The problem of compensation for the «Soviet occupation» damage (on example of Molotov region)

Based on historical data the damage caused to Soviet citizens during the Great Patriotic War and the amount of compensation to victims for their lost property is considered. The author also analyzes a current problem of the former Soviet republics claims for «Soviet occupation» damage compensation.
