Interaction between prosecutor's office of the RF and non-governmental human rights organizations on the problem of human rights in Russia

The article deals with the forms and the efficiency of interaction of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation and nongovernmental human rights organizations on the implementation of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen in Russia. The article highlights the importance of preserving prerogatives of the state in matters of security and protection of human and civil rights as the fundamental legal safeguards in accordance with the Constitution in conditions of the activity of international and domestic NGOs in Russia.
