The problem of the relationship between man and nature: world outlook and legal aspects

The article is devoted to the analysis of problematic issues in the system of relations between man and nature from the standpoint of developing an optimal model of their interaction in the context of global environmental changes taking place on the planet. Exploring the development of philosophical ideas about the relationship of man to nature, the authors conclude that the current environmental crisis was the result of man’s worldview errors, which are that in his perception of nature he took himself out of the framework of a single biospheric process and began to act contrary to its laws. According to the authors, it was the unformed ecological outlook of mankind that did not allow it to realize the objectively necessary transition to the noosphere and the co-evolutionary development of society and nature. Under these conditions, the only possible way out of the situation is the concentration of society on the implementation of the concept of environmental safety, for which our state has sufficient legal and institutional capabilities.
