The analysis songs folklore of creativity in comparison to labour traditions of decorative-applied art of the population of Steppe Altai on an example of modern territory of Shipunovo district (on materials of ethnographic expeditions 2000-2010 is spent. Is established, that under influence of time are formed song variants with new style features, which execution forms character of performance behind the certain labour processes.
