The problem of borrowing foreign words in the daily practice of libraries on the pages of professional printing

In recent years, the process of borrowing foreign words in the Russian language has intensified. The article analyzes the main reasons for the increase in the number of foreign words borrowed in the Russian vocabulary. Special attention is paid to the impact of changes in the socio-political situation at the turn of the 80s -90s on this situation. Along with this, changes in the professional library vocabulary have been identified. The main reasons for the active penetration of foreign words, primarily Anglicisms, into everyday library practice are analyzed.
