Problem of replacement of the national currency by a foreign one in the conditions of the Russian economy

The most significant channel of an impulse transfer of a monetary and credit policy is the currency exchange rate channel. In Russia there is a native currency replacement by a foreign one in currency circulation exchange, in particular, by dollar. It brings certain restrictions in possibilities of adjustment of monetary-currency sphere.
