Problem of protection against discrimination in the labour relations: positive experience of Great Britain

The article considers the experience of Great Britain concerning antidiscrimination legislation formation. The Equality Act 2010 has been analyzed in order to study the forbidden grounds of discrimination. The interpretation of the given grounds presented by the Code of practice on employment of Great Britain for law enforcement has been analyzed. The possibility of reception of positive foreign experience by the Russian legislation is estimated in the article.
