Introduction: in recent years, the scientific community has been involved into discussing the role and place of women in leadership positions, which results in drawing conclusions about the high potential of female leadership. In the corporate sector, compliance with the principle of gender equality is one of the ESG agenda issues, where the G-component requires equal participation of women in the top management of corporate structures.
