Problems of contractual structures in the field of Russian electric power law

The article analyzes some problematic issues arising in the legal regulation of public relations in the field of electric power, examines the sources of legal regulation of public relations in the field of electric power, the features of contractual regulation, state regulation in the field of electric power. The subject of this research is the provisions and norms of Russian legislation, the purpose of which is to regulate relations in the field of energy turnover, as well as contractual and legal models that are used in this area. The purpose of this research is a comprehensive study of the existing concept of energy supply in Russia, the study of civil law mechanisms of energy turnover. Legal regulation of relations arising from energy turnover is carried out on a contractual basis. There are a sufficient number of civil contracts that can be used to settle the mutual rights and obligations of the energy supplier and consumer: contracts for energy supply, purchase and sale of electricity, provision of energy supply services, etc.
