Problems of harmonization of the system of protection of intellectual property rights in the Eurasian Economic Union

This article discusses the issues of harmonization of the system of protection of intellectual property rights in the Eurasian Economic Union. The article discusses the laws of the countries that are members of the EAEU, as well as the legal acts of the EAEU, which establish legal norms regarding the protection of intellectual property rights. The need for further harmonization of the EAEU legal system on the protection of intellectual property has been identified, since at the current stage this harmonization remains only at the initial stage of development.
