Each company has a certain inner spirit or atmosphere that is felt as its employees and those who interact with the company. It is certain features of human relations, attitude to customers, to business, to the company. Any organization is a complex mechanism, which is based on corporate culture. It is known that corporate or organizational culture, its objectives and principles are closely connected with the strategy and goals of the company. Therefore, corporate culture is an important component not only of the personnel management system, but also of the whole business management. For the first time it was said about the emergence of corporate culture in the modern sense in the late eighteenth century during the creation of numerous "free unions - corporations". Based on the principles of integrity and autonomy from the outside world, these organizations were close to the modern voluntary associations. Then for the first time, it was noted that the definition of "corporate" points to the primacy of common interests over the private ones inside the structure.
