The problems of the fuel and energy complex of Russia

The authors believe that, along with the specific problems specific to regions that have or do not have the energy reserves, there are technical and technological, economic and institutional problems in the development of fuel and energy complex. In order to find solutions to improve the efficiency of the complex in conjunction with the regional economies need to identify and analyze the problems inherent in all subjects of the Russian Federation.
