The issue of reimbursement of the Federal Tax Service administration in the regions of the Russian Federation of court costs

The article reveals the problem of reimbursement of court costs to employees of the Administrations of the Federal Tax Service for the subjects of the Russian Federation related to the representation of interests of other tax authorities in court. The analysis of judicial practice and material from the legal literature. But based on this analysis, it is proposed to resolve this issue at the legislative level, namely, to introduce a rule that can solve the problem of reimbursement of court costs.
