The problematic field of the national security strategy: the moral aspect

The article discusses the problems of modern civilizational changes associated with the acceleration of the pace of social development, the consequences of the coronavirus pandemic, the conduct of a special military operation in Ukraine, the endless sanctions policy of the western world against Russia. What influence do they have on the processes of formation of values and spiritual and moral priorities of the mass consciousness of Russians? The question is raised about the need to develop a new paradigm of spirituality, a thought-out program of information support and the creation of a set of measures for the positive solution of emerging unforeseen problems in conditions of civilizational development of society, including in extreme situations.
