Challenges and ways to improve legislation governing the criminal procedures of public and private and public prosecution

The author analyses significance and challenges in criminal proceedings. Based on the analysis of the criminal procedure legislation, as well as theoretical ongoing available in the theory of criminal procedure law, proposes options for reforming criminal procedure norms related to this stage.
