Problematic aspects of enforcement of decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation

In this article the problems of execution of decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation were considered. The author analyzed the flaws of the current legislation, which regulates the implementation of decisions of this court. Special attention is paid to the importance of proper execution of decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation for ensuring law and order and functioning of the legal system. The article also analyzes the Austrian experience in the field of enforcement of decisions of constitutional control bodies.
