Problem aspects of some special contractual structures

Law enforcement practice has long known special contractual structures that allow taking into account some of the features of civil law contracts, however, this term is currently absent in the legislation. Moreover, the structures of the framework, subscription agreements, the option to conclude an agreement, due to their relative novelty, are not clearly regulated in the law. This article lists some of the problems associated with the use of these typical designs.
