Problemic aspects of legal regulation of the municipal financial control

In this article, the author examines the basics of regulation of municipal control in the field of finance. The main tasks are to identify and study the most important problems in the field of municipal control, such as legal gaps in the Budget Code of the Russian Federation, the workload of local governments, the lack of a unified system for legal acts in the regions. Proposals for the development of a possible solution to the identified problems and bringing to a unified all-Russian practice of municipal financial control.
