Problematic aspects of legal regulation of real estate collateral (mortgages) in the Russian Federation and ways to solve them

The article deals with problematic aspects of legal regulation of real estate collateral. Differences between normative acts of the Russian Federation are revealed. The problems of evaluating a land plot as collateral are considered. It is revealed that the reform of certain provisions of the mortgage legislation will serve as an important factor for the development and growth of the country's economy.
