Problematic aspects of the subject of private international law as an independent branch of Russian law

This article examines the topical issue of the system of legal relations, which is the subject of private international law. In the course of the work, the author analyzed regulatory and legal sources (including international acts), scientific literature, as a result of which it was concluded that the subject of the Ministry of Emergency Situations includes civil, labor, family, housing and other private law relations. The author denies the possibility of attributing land legal relations, procedural and financial to the subject of the industry due to the publicity of these relations.
