Problem aspects of improvement of institute of licensing of separate kinds of activity

In article combinations of public and private interests for the purpose of ensuring optimum balance between them are considered. Characteristics of state policy of liberalization of the relations between the state and subjects of business activity are analysed. The problems complicating in certain cases receipt of licenses by fair entrepreneurs are revealed and recommendations about creation and adoption of the uniform consolidated regulation regulating this sphere are offered.
