It is obvious that persons of pre-retirement age, with a long work record and life experience, are valuable workers. However, it is known from law enforcement practice that often persons of this category are faced with an unjustified refusal to hire or dismiss. This article is devoted to the study of some aspects of the employment of persons of pre-retirement age, and also analyzes the problems of protecting their labor rights.
