Problematic aspects of the participation of a psychologist at the stages of preliminary investigation

The article is devoted to the problem of participation of a psychologist and a teacher at the stage of investigation of crimes committed by minors. Today, this problem is found everywhere. Since sometimes it is very difficult to find a competent specialist in this field. Therefore, in this paper we would like to consider this issue and offer our solutions to this problem, which would improve the quality of assistance provided to both minors and law enforcement officers.
