Problematic aspects of municipal property management (based on the materials of the administration of the Kovrov city district of the Vladimir region)

The main objects and subjects of municipal property management on the territory of the Kovrov city district are presented. The current mechanism of regulation of rental relations by the administration of Kovrov is considered. The analysis of the used methodology for calculating rent for non-residential premises is carried out. The conducted research made it possible to identify current problems in the field of municipal property management. Measures are proposed to improve the practice of implementing lease relations.
