Problem aspects of application of digital technologies in the economy of developed countries

The article considers changes in the presentation of digital technologies by the OECD countries during the pandemic in 2020, as repetitive blocking, school closure and closure of all industries, digital capacity and the possibility of digitalization. Thus, digital technologies, digital transformation and digital tools become important elements of modern business life of modern business. However, there is a distrust of digital technology, which can become a serious obstacle to the widespread and effective use.
